Dominican broadcaster, producer and singer Marina Frías has received her second nomination at the Premios Voces en la Mitad del Mundo, Ecuador 2026, an award recognizing her career and her contributions to communications.
According to Diario Libre, the nomination follows last year's nominations for awards in Colombia and Venezuela, where Frías won for her work as the official female voice of Radio Televisión Dominicana (RTVD).

For her, the voice is "memory, identity, resistance and bridge," and being a broadcaster means reporting with truth and accompanying the listener with empathy.
